On the first visit there will always be a full consultation which will include: a medical questionnaire, food intolerance test, iridology and tongue examination, blood pressure reading and taking of the pulse. Should the need arise, we can also ascertain the current cholesterol and blood sugar levels via a finger-prick blood test. If you wear contact lenses it would be advisable to bring a pair of glasses with you and if there are X-rays available it would be good, if they were brought those as well. Please also bring a list of medications you may be with you.
