Flower Essence opens up the heart to love, acceptance of ourselves and others, as well as bringing to the fore our creative spirit and true being. However, it is also used as a rescue remedy and finds particular use when a person has suffered emotional or physical shock.
All Flower Essences are handmade at The Foxburgh Centre from plants in the wildlife, woodland garden.
This remedy opens the heart to love, acceptance of ourselves and others, as well as bringing our creative spirit and true being to the fore. However, it is also used as a rescue remedy and finds particular use when a person has suffered an emotional or physical shock.
Depending on the issue one would like to resolve, one may be drawn to several flower essences at a time. In that case several essences can be used. However, I would not recommend more than 3 essences to be mixed at any time.
